So it turns out that the rain in Spain doesn't stay mainly on the plain. I can vouch for that, sitting under a stupidly tropical rainstorm in Tarifa - the southern tip of Spain, not at all plain, and very very damp, today at least. Goodness knows why i'm thinking...
